Fundamentals and Instructional Techniques

Fit International was established in 1993 by Marjorie O'Connor. The primary goal was to provide services promoting physical activity and wellness. The intention was to educate and excite all people about living healthy and balanced lives. One focus at Fit International is in the area of consulting. This service is available on a personal one-on-one basis or to address the needs of a particular group. Marjorie's expertise and experience with the fundamentals of fitness and movement make her an ideal consultant. The largest area of focus at Fit International is instruction, whether it be group exercise classes, workshops, courses, lectures or keynote addresses. Marjorie has delivered presentations and seminars to corporations, conventions and fitness conferences worldwide. So as the name Fit International suggests, there is  a definite global connection. Such opportunities allow Marjorie to promote the basis of her philosophy of fitness, that being inclusion. She believes firmly that being active if for everybody, regardless of age, gender or physical limitations. Through training new instructors with the AFLCA, Marjorie is able to pass on this message to many others in our community and around the world.
