Just a reminder: The playground program (Green Shack) at Crestwood Community starts at 10:00 a.m. Monday- Thursday so bring your little ones and enjoy a workout while the kids play

This classic stretch program is designed to unlock uncomfortable rigid muscles. It provides relief of aches and pains, particularly associated with the back and shoulders. The purpose of this class is to achieve maximum flexibility, improve posture and balance, relieve back and shoulder pain, increase range of motion and provide effective stress release. Classical Stretch is suitable for all fitness levels and very beneficial for men. Bring a mat if you have one.

The MOC Technique will add a new dimension to your fitness program while increasing your strength, flexibility, and the mind/body connection.  Marjorie will demonstrate a number of techniques to give all fitness levels a physical and mental challenge!  Her signature fitness class will incorporate the following elements: Yoga integrated, Standing Pilates, Joint Range of Motion, Core Stabilization Strengthening, Balance and Mind/Body Stretch.  She will integrate small balls, foam rollers and bands into this innovative workout.  The program is the perfect cross-training approach for individuals that require functional flexibility and strength in their training program.
