MOC Retro Recess for Kids and Teens (90 minutes)
Relive the world of fun and play and experience Retro Recess for Kids and Teens. Marjorie will take you through a fun upbeat but challenging strength and cardio circuit, filled with ideas that work perfectly for kids and teens.  Get strategies and tips for working with all levels of young people. Kids love the High Impact moves of the 80’s combined with the Boot Camp moves of the Now! Hippy Hippy Shakes, Back Attack, Glute Salute, Partner work….you name it, we are having fun!

Screenagers and Teenagers – The Ultimate Fitness Party  - Workshop and Activity session (90 minutes)
Looking for interactive games, fitness circuits and team building drills for the 10-17 age group? Marjorie will provide you with tons of ideas to motivate tweens and teens and keep this group moving and improving. Learn the how-to and the benefits associated with developing a successful youth program. Party!

 

Saving Our Youth (Girls and Boys) - Lecture (75-90 minutes)
A must if you work with kids! Marjorie is frequently asked to speak to young people on self esteem, body image and adopting a moving mentality. Dance groups, junior and high schools, teen retreats, athletic teams and modeling agencies are some of the groups that have been involved. Marjorie will discuss the issues and concerns of this special population and provide you with tools to speak to our youth. Open discussion with a sample outline for your own presentation.

 

MOC Boot and Body Camp for Teens - Workshop and Activity session (90 minutes)

This workout is designed to motivate our teen population to move and improve with success. Marjorie will show you how to incorporate an athletic style program with high performance training techniques for our youth. (BOOT) The goal is to make them ALL believe in the athletic spirit! Drills, Skills and Lots of Thrills! The program will include a guided stretch and relaxation series for stress reduction.

Getting Stoked On Activity - Lecture (75-90 minutes)

This is Marjorie’s upbeat and energizing keynote presentation she has done for Schools, Community and Social Work Organizations, Go Girl events and Dance Groups. Her background in teaching and love for movement and inspiring others, makes this session powerful and truly motivating for youth. Marjorie fun and sincere approach, interactive ideas and knowledge working with kids is the change we need in the world of Youth Fitness. Be prepared for interaction, participation and inspiration!

Hey Kids Learn Your ABC’s - Agility, Balance and Coordination - Workshop and Activity Session - (90 minutes)

Marjorie has developed this action-packed, too fun approach to moving with the kids!!!! Start with the stability ball, add some partner work and team building drills, a few party games to achieve effective motor-skill development and health-related physical outcomes. Have a blast learning Marjorie’s techniques and get ready to inspire a kid’s fitness world!!!

MOC ActiveKids - Getting active in 30

Workshop for Teachers OR/Activity session for Kids (90 minutes)

With the increasing number of schools in Canada mandating 30 minutes of daily physical education (DPA), Marjorie has developed an extensive and innovative program that she provides for the schools. Using her Activekids ToolKit and her creative lesson plans, she demonstrates to the teachers and students ways to include activity in the classroom, gym and outdoor environment. Amazing ideas for teachers, trainers and schools that are struggling with ways to motivate youth to move and improve!

Teen Dynamics: Skills, Drills, and Thrills – Workshop and activity (90 minutes)

Looking for dynamic, interactive games, circuit and team building drills for the adolescent age group? Marjorie will provide you with tons of ideas to motivate teens and keep this age group moving! Learn the how-to and the benefits associated with developing a successful teen program. Get ready for Junior High School fun!

Fitness Drills and Other Fun Stuff for Kids – Practical (60-75 minutes)

Give me any tools and we’ll come up with fun and innovative exercises and circuits for your school, classroom, gym, and fitness facility that will keep the students engaged and active. A little innovation, add some function, throw in some energizing music and this equals a no-excuse active program for youth of all ages.

Coaching for Success – Lecture and activity (90 minutes)

With 20 years of coaching runners, team sport athletes and aerobic competitors, Marjorie will discuss the methodology involved in successful coaching. Effective coaches tend to follow similar principles to create champions. Use the same skills to coach your personal training clients and group exercisers to ultimate victory.

The Body Image Dilemma - Lecture (90 minutes)

Without a good body image and positive self-esteem we limit our chances of happiness, fulfillment and true success. The tools to help develop a strong sense of self begins early in life. Marjorie will provide the group with techniques and strategies to assist our youth during their journey of self-discovery.

MOC Three Ring Circus - Practical (90 minutes)
Sports specific training at it’s finest! Join our ringleader Marjorie for this challenging three ring circuit workout. Marjorie has solved the problem for instructors and clubs/schools that have a limited amount of equipment. She will demonstrate how to teach three elements at a time for a fast paced, exciting Circuit Circus. This innovative program can be adapted for specific sports training such as basketball, hockey, and runners. MOC will show you all her tricks of the trade!

 

MOC Band Camp - (90 minutes)

An innovative, fun and challenging class that incorporates tubing and bands and other creative ideas. Designed to train functional movement, dynamic flexibility, and create proprioception and postural awareness, this signature session will provide you with exercises that will train the body as a whole . Join Marjorie as she moves you through an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling strong, centred and moves ready to teach to your student
