MOC Winter Challenge 2018
Jan 8- 31, 2018!! 15 or 21 days of fun, frolic and fantastic classes with friends
Can you feel the love already?
Your goal may be to get in crazy fit shape, lose some lbs or complete 15 or 21 days with a smile! This is a personal challenge.
No weigh ins, no food journals…the challenge is to get to the workout everyday.
I will have the calendar of events ready for you to know what to expect along with 15-21 day checklist for you to chart your progress!
A few points:
1. January 8, 2017- the Challenge begins! 9:30 am everyday except for Wed’s at noon and/or at 6:00 pm. Weekends will vary with the time. (8:30 am, 9:00 am or 9:30 am)
2. I will be sending a MOC 15-21 Winter Challenge e-mail of what is on every day!!!!
What to expect, where to meet and what fun is ahead!!!
3. The idea is to do something everyday for the goal you choose. Some days will be challenging... other days you will leap out of bed chomping at the bit anxiously anticipating every squats and lunges.
4. It will be up to your goals what you'd like to accomplish for the month. With some good nutritional choices and the consistent exercise, you can lose inches and maybe some pounds. More importantly, you'll be even more amazing! Just getting through 15-21 days of exercise in Edmonton in January is truly an accomplishment!!!
5. If you have to miss a workout day, it’s up to you to either fit in a workout at another time during the day…… A snowy wintery walk, a cross country ski, a spin class, a yoga class or a family time activity. All good.
6. Price $260 + GST (15 day), $330 + GST (21 day)
